Our Original Recipe: In Lexington, NC, BBQ is made from pork shoulder and the sauces use tomatoes. Authentic Reds are tangy and spicy with a touch of sweetness. Ed likes his BBQ locally grown, so he used local vegetables inspired of sugar to sweeten his red. No high fructose corn syrup, refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, preservatives. When you use real food a little separation is only natural. 100% American-grown vegetables.
