Za’atar is a gateway to the Middle Eastern pantry. Our version, based on an ancient Jerusalem recipe, uses traditional za’atar leaves (Origanum syriacum) sumac, sesame and roasted chickpeas for an intriguing and versatile blend that earns its place at the table during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
