Make crispy delicious fish for dinner with this Louisiana Fish Fry Mix. The combination of yellow corn flour and yellow cornmeal is just what is needed to make fish the star of the next dinner. The seafood breading mix is all-natural and has no added salt. Use it with a favorite white fish, or fry up oysters, shrimp or even vegetables. Just rinse the fish and pat dry, roll it in the baking mix until it is completely covered and shake off any excess. Deep fry in oil until crispy brown and then enjoy.
