Siljans mini croustade shell, the crispy cup for the ultimate hors d'oeuvres and dessert. 30 mm(1 1/2 inch) edible, wafer thin base for creating an ideal bite size, cocktail snack. Ingredients are all natural produce and dairy. The cups contain no trans fats from hydrogenated oils. Kosher certified. Two dozen cups are nested in individual pockets for maximum handling protection. The box has a colorful print with a dozen serving suggestions randomly printed beside the legal requirements. The little makes a perfect gift item, too. Siljans cups come pre-baked and empty, ready to use. Despite the wafer thin walls they are surprisingly resistant to moist fillings.
