Description
What it is: An ultrasoft silicone menstrual cup in a one-size-fits-all shape designed to conform to you.
What it does: This reusable menstrual cup made from 100% medical-grade silicone offers up to 12-hours of protection.
How to use: Hold between your thumb and forefinger to squeeze and insert by gliding it back and down toward the tailbone. Push the front rim to tuck it up. To remove, untuck the front rim and gently pull out. It can be worn for up to 12 hours before emptying, cleaning and re-inserting.
