Herb Pharm uses certified organic lemon balm extract in its Kids Lemon Balm Calm. A member of the mint family, this herb has a long history of medicinal use. It is known as a calming, relaxing herb due to its terpene content. One of these organic compounds, L-bornyl acetate, is believed to ease the nervous system and promote relaxation.
