Flora's Certified Organic Flax Oil is a superior quality Omega 3, 6, 9 supplement that provides ALA, or Alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), Oleic acid (omega-9), and Linoleic acid (omega-6).
Because of this flax oil's superior nutritional make-up, Flora recommends it always be used unheated. Flora's fresh-pressed flax oil is perishable and should be kept refrigerated at all times. The shelf life is 12 months refrigerated, or longer if frozen.
