National Noodle Day
October 6 is National Noodle Day! Noodles are made from unleavened dough which is prepared into long strips or strings and often cooked in boiling water or cooking oil and served with either a sauce or soup.
Historically, noodles are a staple food in many Asian and European cultures with names like udon in Japanese, kesme in Turkish and the common pasta used among Europeans and Americans alike.
Noodles come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and ingredients such as wheat, rice, buckwheat, egg, and others that are added in baked, fried, and soup dishes. But, no matter how you like your noodles prepared we have a variety of noodles you can choose from our online shop.
Happy Noodle Day!
