Note: Some stove/range tops are unable to hold a hard boil at medium high setting per directions. Please ensure Gumbo maintains a hard boil for the full cook time to ensure roux and seasonings set up properly otherwise some may experience a watery consistency. If this has occurred, simply bring back to hard boil and boil another 15-20 minutes until desired consistency is achieved.
