With age, the eyes lose their ability to see as clearly as in younger years. This may be linked to the health of the central part of the eye – called the macula. This macula is responsible for central, accurate vision and light absorption. But over time, it loses color pigments, on which it relies, and our vision can suffer.

Fortunately, we can find these color pigments in foods like carrots, blueberries and dark green vegetables. Blue Berry Strong contains colors from bilberry extract, as well as carotenoids from the marigold flower, as lutein.
